ONE ON ONE TRAINING

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

  • $300/mo (4 weeks) 

  • 3 training days per week (12 sessions total)

  • 2-6 people

  • Great for friends, family, etc. who have similar fitness goals!

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

  •  $40 per session (purchase 2 sessions at a time for $75)

  • $25 per session for group training (2 sessions for $40)

  • 1 hour sessions

  • Weekly availability by appointment
